Failure when all files are downloaded #50

When you already have downloaded files and request the exact same set again, the following bug happens:

> get_prism_normals( type = 'tmean', resolution = '800m', month = 1:12, 
                           keepZip = F )
Error in paste0("Downloading failed for type = ", type, ", month = ",  : 
  object 'j' not found
