The extra OpenCL dependencies are covered by the other two. And it's important to remove them because otherwise the buildfarm will fail because the other keys don't exist in `rosdep`. Remember to make a new release tag!

I haven't tested this in hardware nor with a complete new Ubuntu dev. environment but I trust you @methylDragon. Merging it. |
