This is probably going to come up soon enough, but I will document it now since I just thought about it. When the plots are generated by the unit test analysis shell, there are several plot option available already (axes labels for example), but there isn't arbitrary control of the colors, fonts, plot title etc. We could do some nice completion suggestions by tapping into the matplotlib modules using dir for the colors and some of the other options.

I added color and labeling options with Revision 1.2.16; we still have some work to do toward publication quality plots being generated by default; this needs some control over the font sizes and tick mark sizes and perhaps the marker sizes.
