Add source material

Hi,

It would be great if source documents could be added to the repository so one could improve on the content. Perhaps re-create all in MarkDown and use ReMark (http://remarkjs.com/) (https://github.com/gnab/remark)

Assuming you're talking about the lecture slides, right now none of us have the time to redo all of them. But thanks for bringing this up; if you're willing to help and put in a PR, we'll check it out.
