Win32Console::clearLines should probably use default color rather than current color

I think it can only matter in obscure edge cases involving Windows 10 and rewrapped lines.

When we're clearing lines, an application might be in the middle of printing colored text, and it wouldn't make any sense to use that color to clear a bunch of lines that aren't visible.
