Options:

  -h, --help
      display help

  -s, --scheme[=http]
      protocol scheme(http or https)

  -H, --host[=127.0.0.1]
      rqlited host address

  -p, --port[=4001]
      rqlited listening http(s) port

I will merge this, and will probably make some small tweaks to it.

I may just rename the cli tool to just rqlite, as that would follow the pattern of MySQL.
