Tonight I started working through the patches from this fork, but I think I'm stuck at the same place I was a year ago - Debian's build of libext2fs.a pulls in some dependencies that make sense for Linux but are harder to support in Yaboot. Specifically, I have to configure with --disable-mmp --disable-defrag --disable-bmap-stats, and I'm not sure how best to support this going forward.

I did look through the debian patches and merge those that made sense to this repo. However, several don't have 'Signed-off-by' tags - do you think I should reach out to the patch authors?
