The new-ish feature "generate_final_summary" takes close to an hour to run. Watching it, it seems be slowed down by many load and saves that could be reduced. This issue is to go back through that process and review the run time of that step (ideally, get an idea for each model step), and if it is indeed taking a significant time to run, look for ways to reduce the overall run time.
