Currently failing due to missing libssl1.0.2 package #4

The bigbluebutton packages fail to install due to bbb-freeswitch depending on the missing libssl1.0.2 package. The script doesn't detect this failure, doesn't identify the missing package, and doesn't make it easy to retry the installation once you have resolved that problem.

I worked around this by copying the libssl1.0.2 package from another machine's apt cache and running the last few install steps manually.
