The transliteration of ǝ produces an @ in the final URL which isn't legal :(

this case is fixed in e2fdbc1 but really is a matter of to_ascii returning shitty data there. i fixed it to recheck for misc/illegal chars but i need to fix issues like that in the yaml. there's no way that character to anyone really would be an at symbol.
