Default Theme broken in 0.8.6

When using the template in the README the script.js file throws up when trying to find a .menubar element.

If I add the menubar class to the template somewhere then things render but its a mess. The content container has the same x position as the menu.

Is there a newer template for the current version?

0.9.0 is exactly the same for me

it should work. I've removed the example from the readme file to avoid confusion.
