Great list so far!

So anything additional for dealing with print media? same file, new file? Any organisational suggestions? We seem to find an increased use of !important in print media styling.

Perhaps the same question goes to any media for responsive layouts maybe.

honestly don't know—sorry, i don't have much experience in print stylesheets to recommend anything in particular. separate stylesheets for print work great for 95% of cases in my experience, but i can't say that with enough confidence to recommend it.
