fig.fullwidth not respected

Even though I'm specifying fig.fullwidth = TRUE it doesn't seem to be respected and prints to main column as though the option isn't there. Gist to an example rmd is included here:

I believe this issue has already been fixed (2964108). Please reinstall the latest development version.

Funny, I literally just installed it today! I guess just a little over 5 hours ago.
