Design the Chatbox:

speech bubble styling
make sure speech bubbles collapse correctly to each series messages under a user
user messages and other client messages should be distinguished by color (like fb/imessage)
include system dialogue message styling
page load with chatbox scrolled down
include a simple Room header for now (will update with controls)
include styling for spinning load icon
