Run pla in child directory

I'd like to see the option that the Pla command auto search parent folders to find the corresponding Plafile and execute actions from that level.

Great idea, shouldn't be hard to implement.

I implemented this last week, but had some troubles with the release. If you want to use it already you can use master.
