Add possibility to build client without endpoint binding

It wold be very good for make possible to configure client without binding to endpoint but with possibility to use abslute url in queries.
Profit will be in more universal client not binded to only one endpoint (or endpoints with client load balancing). It will be aesy to use DynamicProperty for these absolute url and this will eliminate the need to restart the app when we will need to change endpoint on-the-fly.
