  1. 首先每个插件必须有自己的唯一ID
  2. 每个用户必须有自己的唯一ID，这里可以使用公众号的openid/union_id来替代

1.用户打开插件 传出openid + plugin_id 到rubick服务器。
2.如果返回已经支付成功且未过期，则直接使用
3.如果显示未支付或已过期，则右上角出现支付按钮。点击支付按钮调用起native支付送给支付二维码。用户扫码支付。
