I'm not sure if it's something unimplemented, I can't say for sure judjing from the F12 console:

broadcastMessage is most certainly implemented (#241)

flash.filters.BlurFilter is implemented (cc. #1041) but parts of #15 will likely be required to fix the graphical issues.
