Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are currently inconsistent limits on coolant temperature limits applied to 3

After Startup Enrichment (ASE) = 100c
Warmup Timing Correction = 250c
Warmup Idle Multiplier = 250c
Warmup Fuel Manual Multiplier (WUE) = 250c
Cranking Coolant Temp Multiplier = 170c
Priming Pulse Mass = 120c
Coolant Based RPM limit = 120c

Highest Temperature CLT sensor can be calibrated to = 200c
Minimum CLT for EGO feedback = 100c
Air Conditioning max CLT = 150c
DFCO (coasting fuel cut) no cut below = 100c

Would we need new configuration fields?
No, i believe all of these are going to be .ini changes

Describe the solution you'd like
The limits to be raised to range where a Cylinder Head Temperature sensor can be effectively used to apply corrections

Describe alternatives you've considered
Hacking up the .ini locally, greedily keeping others from easily running aircooled engines
