No, i believe all of these are going to be .ini changes

The limits to be raised to range where a Cylinder Head Temperature sensor can be effectively used to apply corrections

Hacking up the .ini locally, greedily keeping others from easily running aircooled engines

There are currently inconsistent limits on coolant temperature limits applied to 3
After Startup Enrichment (ASE) = 100c
Warmup Timing Correction = 250c
Warmup Idle Multiplier = 250c
Warmup Fuel Manual Multiplier (WUE) = 250c
Cranking Coolant Temp Multiplier = 170c
Priming Pulse Mass = 120c
Coolant Based RPM limit = 120c
