Broken link in Orientation guide.

Steps to reproduce

Open Orientation guide.
Navigate to Why Rust section.
Click on Fast.

What is the current bug behavior?

404 - page not found

What is the expected correct behavior?

I don't know, but not 404 :)

Possible fixes

Use correct link.
