Error E0087 needs a span_label, updating it from:

error[E0087]: too many type parameters provided: expected at most 1 parameter, found 2 parameters
  --> src/test/compile-fail/E0087.rs:14:16
   |
14 |     foo::<f64, bool>(); //~ ERROR E0087
   |                ^^^^

To:

error[E0087]: too many type parameters provided: expected at most 1 parameter, found 2 parameters
  --> src/test/compile-fail/E0087.rs:14:16
   |
14 |     foo::<f64, bool>(); //~ ERROR E0087
   |                ^^^^ expected 1 parameter
