save the processed html files to an folder #23

The rules should be:

use the output folder from the -o Argument.
use the default folder. In my view a html-folder sould be generated in the folder of the executable. In the project, it would be target/debug/html/*.md

(in both cases) -> If the folder does not exist, the folder will be created.
