fastdfs-nginx-module 能否增加url参数支持断点续传

如题:我们在做视频类服务时，由于flash 
player沙箱限制无法传入Range 
Header.悲剧啊，期望能够支持url方式设置起始点,类似ngx_http_flv
_module.c支持的功能，如:
http://xxx/group1/M01/00/3F/oYYBAFIWCDaAQPNDALsm3btjELI896.flv?start=10240

发现fastdfs-nginx-module_v1.15已对flv支持，但有BUG，已解决.
BUG详情如下

1056行关于start重复赋值，应当删除这句
