Table support

Hello. I tried pasting the github example for a table but it doesn't format correctly in Raneto. Is this supported?

Hi there,

I took the Markdown from your comment and put it in a Raneto markdown file.
It does appear to render correctly now.
This may have been caused by an outdated Markdown parser.

The only difference is your table above is "as big as it needs to be"
But Raneto's version is stretched / fluid to fill the entire page
