View that shows an image fullscreen background with parallax motion linked to device orientation. Motion should be subtle and similar to how iOS Home Screen backgrounds look.
This image will go behind the frosted glass surface supporting the stickies.
View should accommodate any image aspect ratio and should always fill the screen with enough overscan that the edges are not visible with any device orientation.
