[Enhancement] Dark mode select components poor visibility

Current Behavior:

Dark mode select component in Add Page:

Text is initially unreadable and with text highlighting on selected item - readability is nearly 0.

Proposed Solution(s):

• Set dark theme Add Page select background to be darker (preferably accent color)

Note: There are currently 2 select components in use: 1. User modal to select theme and 2. Add Page auto-fill options select. When making changes, make sure to keep both designs consistent and other future select modals
