I'm trying to setup for the first time my stepdads Fitbit sense to connect to his dexcom g6 and cannot get past this error message and I've tried suggestions in other issues to no avail. I'm desperate to get his watch up and running so I can hopefully sync my watch to his dexcom as well so eventually I don't have to wake him up to check his levels three times per night. Please help!!!

Now it's switched to E404 and is stuck there

Back to E500 with a line thru it now. I was told on the fb group that it's because dexcom username is the same as your email address and it doesn't recognize the special symbols aka the @ symbol

How's it going now? I just set it up for my Sense and it worked fine with my email address username.
