Basic Compiler error messages missing #94

BASIC compiler error messages are not echoed to the console.

A temporary fix is to by-pass the SYSPROF exec file. So after CMS IPLs at the READY prompt type

ACCESS (NOPROF

rather than just hitting "ENTER"...
