Due to ongoing Fabric maintainers efforts to eliminate dependence on bsccp shim/ext/entities was deleted https://gerrit.hyperledger.org/r/c/fabric/+/32727

We need to use another package that implements cryptographic primitives and possibly an abstraction layer for using it in CC.
