Implement some sort of "fixed setting" for navbar #16

Maybe https://developer.mozilla.org/es/docs/Web/API/Window/localStorage to change the default behaviour from nav-sm to nav-md and keep this seting.

Another approach is to save this setting to a DB an retreive it whit ajax (and set it too, sure) from user preferences.
