In some cases, events will appear to be duplicates however they are not. It would be helpful to be able to determine if an event is a duplicate or actually a new one.
Example
One example is INCOMING_TOKEN for erc20 where there are multiple token transfers of the same quantity in to the safe address in the same txHash. By using the txHash and the logIndex a unique id could be generated,
