Ignore zope-testrunner in the scripts repository

In the forthcoming 4.5.2.alpha0, I get

$ cd sage-4.5.2.alpha0/local/bin
$ hg stat
? zope-testrunner

in the scripts repository.

Should we add zope-testrunner to .hgignore?
