No that is right. org.gnome.Platform alone is 917MB then you have the stuff to make hardware acceleration possible (OpenGL and VAAPI) which is required by org.gnome.Platform.

pwvucontrol uses GTK4 and libadwaita.

It doesn't matter what you have installed on your host system as flatpak uses its own set of system libraries in the runtimes.

You can type this in a shell:

flatpak info org.gnome.Platform//46

To show info about the runtime.
