SMTP Port Issue #6766

Issue

When creating an outbound email server when saving the SMTP port it formats the number (ie 2525 becomes 2,525) this breaks the SMTP connect process.

Expected Behavior

the port should be treated as a decimal not a formatted number

Actual Behavior

a comma is added into the number AND the connection string breaking the connection.

Possible Fix

Steps to Reproduce

  1. add in the details in the outbound server.
  2. test before saving - all fine
  3. save and test again see the , in the port will not send

Context

HIgh Priority we can use elasticemail as their port is 2525 (if you want to include TLS)

Okay quick update, it appears this only affects the TEST button so maybe not a high priority but medium!
