Great App...thanks...two problems:

  1. "Status at a Glance" is empty in the Project Tab. It's there for the HOWTO that loaded with the App, but not for the new Project that i added. Also, interestingly, some of those graphs DO appear in the Summary tab for that project.
  2. When I change the owner of a task to one particular user, I get the following message:

Error:Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: LIMIT_EXCEEDED, Maximum per user subscription limit reached.: []

Any help would very much be appreciated...

Your second issue is related to the user chatter following too many users, and when milestones tries to have them follow that task. You should be able to workaround that issue by turning off the autofollow setting for milestones. You could also clear out some of the objects of users the troublesome user is following to allow autofollow to work properly.

I'll see if I can send a pull request for handling this issue sometime next week as a proper fix.

Chris,

Thanks so much! It worked!

Any sense of the issue re: "Status at a glance"?

My shameful secret I've spent more time mucking around in the code than I actually have using milestones. I'll have to go learn how to use that feature before I can help. If I have time tomorrow I'll see what I can figure out.

Was this determined to be an issue? I have the same issue with my installation. I can not view the Status at a glance charts for new Projects.

I found what appears to be the issue.... IF there is no budget defined for total hours or total expense budget the Charts will not display. Likely a math error in the chart calculation?

Actually it looks like a value of 0 will work ok so its the null value by default that is impacting the chart function.

That did it! I had a budget for total hours, but not total expenses. Thanks ToddAH!

As a late breaking follow up, projects also have to be flagged with a status of Active.
