Using WIP since there are still a number of stages to be done before this is complete:

• Convert tests from Serverspec to InSpec -- test(inspec): add tests based on existing Serverspec tests #168, didn't convert, just added the InSpec tests.
• Add Vagrant testing documentation to the end of the README inc. explanation of how to use an environment variable to use it (i.e. either KITCHEN_YAML or KITCHEN_LOCAL_YAML):

There are a large number of improvements brought in to this formula via. this PR, so it's not worth delaying while we resolve the Serverspec, InSpec and Vagrant issues. I've created issue #167 to track that.
