Additional documentation for salt.tops.ext_nodes.

The documentation for the ext_nodes (http://docs.saltstack.com/ref/tops/all/salt.tops.ext_nodes.html) is pretty lacking with examples or any sort of instructions on what this actually looks like when it works. More information would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like those docs definitely need improvement. Though the problem is that I'm really not that familiar with that particular system. =) We'll get them improved.
