Describe the bug
Errors for inputs throw out the styling on the create a machine form

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Go to 'create a machine'
Enter the name of a machine that already exists
See an error

Expected behaviour
Styling to be unaffected

Also on 2nd div change

col-lg to col-xl-6

On button container:

justify-content-md-center

On buttons add:

ms-md-5 to Update button
me-md-5 to Cancel button
