Simple Bottom up slide dialog

Usage

var contentView: View = (getSystemService(Context.LAYOUT_INFLATER_SERVICE) as LayoutInflater).inflate(R.layout.popup_slideup, null)
val slideupPopup = SlideUpDialog.Builder(this)
                .setContentView(contentView)
                .create()
slideupPopup.show()
