Support Additional V2 endpoints, and discontinuation of Oura API V1 #14

I just wanted to let this project's maintainer know:

Oura has implemented additional API V2 endpoints since this project last updated. Among the new V2 endpoints are :

Daily Readiness
Daily Sleep
Daily Spo2
Rest Mode Period
Ring Configuration
Sleep
Sleep Time
Details are at https://cloud.ouraring.com/v2/docs

Additionally, Oura has announced that the V1 API is being discontinued in Jan 2024 and will no longer be available.

Thanks for the heads-up. I noticed Oura's email about discontinuation. I'll try to find time to react in time.
