Hydra::PCDM::File won't set type when extended or included #77

When including Hydra::PCDM::File in another class, it won't set the rdf type because metadata isn't in an included block.

PCDM::File is a class. It can't be included.

Implement getting and setting different files

As per Sufia's requirements, this allows you to get and set an
original file, thumbnail, and extract text. It currently uses
fake URIs which will be replaced once samvera/hydra-pcdm#80
is merged. Additionally, metadata on Hydra::Works::File must be
redeclared beacuse of a bug in samvera/hydra-pcdm#77.
