Clarifications from Confluence page -
"This story is about registering the source plate as being on site. It is not related to picked samples. This is equivalent to the current created event for each plate in Labwhere."
"So if this is the source plate that's just been picked I think it's about to get thrown in the bin. They pick all the volume from the wells, so not reusable. It's still useful to log it on site, but location might be 'bin'.
