MD5 check for swift.conf and rings does not consider MD5 sums on proxy servers #2

As this checks are performed against local swift.conf and rings, we cannot check the config consistency on swift-proxies with that.

After some checks, I see two options:

  1. Enable recon middleware in swift-proxies, Pimp swift-health-statsd to check the following URLs also for a configured proxy list: http://:8080/recon/ringconfmd5 and http://:8080/recon/swiftconfmd5 and process the results here as well

  2. Deploy swift-health-statsd as side car pod in the proxy

Currently I prefere option 2, because no static list of proxies needed.

Option 2 will be the only viable one because k8s does not allow us to talk to individual proxy pods easily.
