feat: add common utilities #6

Add common utilities. Specifically, add the following utilities: - `sghi.utils.future_succeeded`: A function to check whether a ``Future`` completed successfully. - `sghi.utils.type_fqn`: A function that returns the fully qualified name of a type or callable.
