[se] Incorrect spelling for anything including 40 (41, 142, 1043 #572

Summary

When translating numbers to Swedish text, any number including forty is incorrectly spelled. It should use y instead of ö.

Expected Behaviour

fyrtio (fyrtioett, etthundrafyrtiotvå)

Actual Behaviour

förtio (förtioett, etthundraförtiotvå)
