When loading https://www.scala-sbt.org/1.x/docs/index.html on an iphone, there is no menu. This makes the documentation difficult to browse because there is no topic index. I don't know if it has always been like this or not.

sbt 0.13 docs had the toc below the content, which was displayed on mobile too
