It seems the description of a lot of members on the new reflection API disappears once you click on the expand arrow. For example, go here: http://www.scala-lang.org/archives/downloads/distrib/files/nightly/docs/library/index.html#scala.reflect.api.Types$TypeApi and click on the first two members, or on "declarations".
