Hello Heather, I added the page "/overviews/scaladoc/usage.html" which is linked to with the text "Learn more about member selection" on every page of the Scala API. This doesn't resolve SI-6131 since I only added a polite filler message. At some point proper documentation needs to be added here or the scaladoc needs to be updated to remove the link, but for now users clicking the link on every page won't get a GitHub 404 page.
Also fixed the "overviews/scaladoc/basics" and "overviews/scaladoc/overview" pages so that jekyll can generate them without an error message and also added a polite filler message.
Scaladoc documentation can be hard to find, I hope someone can write this.
