Luminous Crafting Table recipe missing

• I am running the latest version of FoolCraft
• I am running FoolCraft via Curse/Twitch Launcher
• I can reproduce this issue consistently
  • In single player
  • In multiplayer
• I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I'm having the same problem.
• I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)

SUGGESTION/HELP

• I would like to propose an additional mod, config change, custom recipe, etc.
• I am requesting help with installing or running the pack

Issue Description

There is no crafting recipe for the luminous crafting table, when you place the blocks as shown in the astral sorcery journal in a crafting bench nothing happens

Reproduce Steps

Open up JEI search for luminous crafting table, click on it and no recipe will be shown

It's true that the recipe isn't in JEI. However, the default crafting recipe does work:

[generrosity]

The crafting recipe definitely requires the presence of a floating crystal nearby. People are aware JEI doesn't have the recipe. Works in the latest for me.
