It would be preferable if the .wegorc file were stored in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME, as opposed to cluttering the home directory.

Since $XDG_CONFIG_HOME is not set on all systems and golang guarantees to provide a useful value for User.HomeDir. Since the filename begins with a dot, you can easily hide it from your listings.
